St. Mawes, LLC has expertise in the conception and entitlement of property from initial design, through master planning, zoning, and securing necessary entitlement approvals.

After or during the Due Diligence phase of a project St. Mawes, LLC assists clients by developing alternative plans for the property.  These can range from simple “bubble” plans to more specific layouts that can be used for pro forma analysis of the property.

St. Mawes, LLC develops and executes zoning efforts and can provide the necessary project team or act as the coordinating entity on behalf of the property owner or contract purchaser of a property.  We can lead and direct public presentations, engage local community groups and stakeholders to secure support or minimize opposition to a project, interact with local political leaders and government agencies and officials.
