Our senior management has over forty years of experience in real estate development, civil engineering, land planning, zoning and entitlements, project and construction management on a diverse range of project types.

If we do not have the expertise needed in-house, we access our extensive national network of consultants and provide a customized team for the assignment.  We bring team members that have experience and expertise and will be the most efficient and cost effective for the assignment.  We do not have staff “learning on the job” at our client’s expense.

We are comfortable acting in a lead role or as a contributing team member.
