Performing development management services for this planned, urban residential project.  The site is controlled by a set of detailed overlay standards and is also bisected by a major stream channel.  Working with the County Government to create a regional storm water management facility in the stream channel corridor, in a win-win solution that allows the development to incorporate its water quality/quantity needs into the facility and allow the County to address regional flooding and water quality issues.  Working with two builder end users to site plan the property and secure entitlements.  Managing project consulting team including civil engineers and surveyors, traffic engineers, geotechnical and dry utility consultant.
