As part of a multi-disciplinary team, perform a detailed site analysis and provide master planning input for the modernization of an existing 7.5 acre facility located on the San Juan Bay waterfront.  The project site was originally a U.S.. Navy Quarantine Hospital constructed in 1941.  The secured site includes laboratory and office spaces, a covered boat dock, support buildings and site facilities.  Assignment objective is to provide a strategic planning study with phased, master plan alternatives to meet agency objectives for the next 30 years.  The civil site investigation includes evaluation of utility systems, drainage, paving, parking, lighting, security and environmental features.
