The Old North State Club at Uwharrie Point, Uwharrie, North Carolina

Description: Located on the 5,400-acre manmade Badin Lake, the marina has 50 wet slips, 100 dry storage spaces and a dock master and ships store.

Project Status: Complete

Two Rivers Country Club, Williamsburg, Virginia

Description: Located on the James River, the marina was created by excavating an inland area and dredging a channel to the river. A unique residential neighborhood was developed around the marina that has 78 slips from 25 to 50 feet, a fueling station, launching ramp, beach area and Harbor House.

Project Status: Complete

Villages of Leonardtown, Leonardtown, Maryland

Description: Located on Breton Bay, the marina was planned for 100+ slips as part of a master planned residential and mixed-use community. The marina would also be linked to a bayside boardwalk that would extend to a wildlife viewing station on an island in the bay.

Project Status: Initial planning and design completed, project did not advance

Harborside, Alexandria, Virginia

Description: Located on the Potomac River, the marina was part of an exclusive townhome private residential community on a former Virginia Power coal fired plant site. Private slips were developed along in conjunction with a river front park dedicated to the U.S.. Department of the Interior.

Project Status: Complete 

Stillwater's on Lake Robinson, Greer, South Carolina 

Description: Located on a municipal drinking water reservoir, designed a small craft, canoe and kayak put in marina. 

Project Status: Complete. 

Seascape, Holden Island, North Carolina 

Description: Performed on site evaluation of failing marina retaining walls.  Reviewed technical reports by others, prepared repair recommendations.
