Managed the plan of development entitlement process and site development engineering for Parham Place, a multi-phase low-rise office campus in Henrico County. Worked with adjacent residential neighborhoods to provide adequate buffers and setbacks and gain their support for project entitlements. The first phase of development included project site work, storm water management and a 30,000 S.F.. speculative building.
Bridgeway Commerce Park Suffolk, Virginia

Developed master plan for the business park located at the first exit south of the Monitor & Merrimac Bridge Tunnel. Site required clearance of unexploded ordinance, as it was formerly part of military facility used to transport munitions during WWI and WWII. Extensive utility off site utility work and extensions required including a new elevated water storage tank.
64/295 Center, Henrico County, Virginia
Project Type: 400-acre commercial business park located in three quadrants of the intersection of Interstate 64 and the Route 295 bypass.
Project Status: Project successfully rezoned.
Developed master plan and successfully rezoned the project. Worked with adjacent residential homeowner groups to gain input and support for the project. Extensive work with VDOT for road improvements including a new collector-distributor access road to get access from Interstate 64 and a bridge crossing of the Interstate and creation of a new regional collector road. A civil war field hospital was located in one of the quadrants and a preliminary agreement to investigate and document the artifacts and add a display to the County Historical Museum was secured.
Evaluation of Corporate Land Holdings for CSX Corporation

In a six month period, evaluated over 200 land holdings of the corporation for potential development. Sites were located in the eastern U.S.. from Michigan to Florida. Compiled findings, prepared recommendations, and initial business/action plans for the twelve best sites, mainly for development as commercial business parks.

A joint venture of Xerox Corporation and Homart Development created a three-phase mid-rise office complex in the high tech Las Colinas Center. The project was constructed alongside a canal that linked the site to a large manmade lake to allow water access between major parcels in the Center. The buildings were also connected to each other by an elevated people mover system. Close coordination was required with the building architects and master developer to route the people move track through the building complex and parking structure.
